Wedding Videography That Feels Alive

Intentional films crafted from real moments, honest emotion, & thoughtful pacing

At Kokhana Weddings, our films are created to feel like memories, not performances. We focus on capturing your day as it naturally unfolds, preserving the emotions, energy, and quiet in-between moments that make your story uniquely yours.

Our approach to videography is thoughtful and personal. We blend documentary storytelling with an artistic eye, allowing real moments to lead while composing each frame with care. From gentle, emotional pacing to more energetic celebrations, every film is tailored to reflect your connection, your people, and the way your day truly felt.

We believe the most meaningful films are the ones that don’t try too hard—where laughter, movement, sound, and stillness come together organically. Nothing forced. Nothing staged beyond what feels natural to you.

Each Kokhana film is crafted with intention, emotion, and honesty, so years from now, you don’t just watch your wedding day… you feel it.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

INVESTMENT

Our cinema work is built around storytelling - not just documenting moments, but capturing how the day feels as it unfolds.

Every wedding film is shaped by your story, your timeline, and the energy of the day. Coverage can stand on its own or be thoughtfully paired with photography, depending on what matters most to you and how you want the story told.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all packages, we start with a conversation to understand your vision, priorities, and the experience you’re looking for. From there, we guide you toward an approach that feels intentional and aligned.

What are your signature video styles?

Yes, drone footage is complimentary in all our video collections whenever it’s safe, legal, and permitted. We always follow venue rules and federal/local regulations (for example, no-fly zones near airports or places like Disneyland). Drone use also depends on conditions and schedule - we need daylight, a safe launch/landing area, and adequate time set aside in your timeline. If laws, venue policies, weather, or timing don’t allow for a flight, we’ll capture beautiful ground alternatives instead.

Do you include drone coverage, and are there any restrictions or limitations?

We typically don’t use client-selected songs. Music is a core part of our storytelling and sound design, so we select licensed, royalty-free tracks that match your film’s pace, emotion, and narrative - guided by your final Video Questionnaire and our artistic style. This lets us blend dialogue, ambient audio, and music seamlessly for a cinematic result.

We don’t edit to popular, copyrighted songs unless you obtain an appropriate license from the rights holder.

Can I choose the song for my wedding video?

Next question

Yes, some locations require permits, permissions, or clearances for photo/video. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals for all events - engagement sessions, love story videos, and wedding-day locations (public or private). Any location fees or studio rentals are also the client’s responsibility.

We’re happy to advise on typical requirements and provide insurance documents (COI) if needed, but securing permits and covering related costs must be arranged by you.

Do we need permits, and who handles them?

Next question

No. RAW footage is not what most people expect when they say “I want to see the whole day.” It isn’t a watchable recap - it’s our workable files: multiple camera angles, unsynced audio, test shots, and behind-the-scenes (including team’s) chatter. It’s unpolished, massive, and created solely so we can craft a clean, dynamic film that reflects your story.

Do you deliver RAW footage?

What can we get instead?

Add a Content Creator. You’ll get continuous, in-the-moment shots - BTS of the wedding, your conversations and reactions, genuine candid moments, that complement the professional photo + video coverage. It shows everything as it is and fills in the full picture of the day, so you can relive the energy and details alongside your cinematic film and photos.
